The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below and shall be interpreted consistently throughout this document and all related nobu98 policies.

To be eligible to register and use the nobu98 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing nobu98 for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute or court order.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a person employed by nobu98 or any of its affiliated operating companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or under a court-ordered exclusion from gambling activities.

nobu98 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your place of residence. nobu98 does not constitute itself as a legal adviser and nothing in these Terms should be construed as legal advice regarding your jurisdiction's gambling laws.

Each Player may hold exactly one (1) nobu98 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your nobu98 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. nobu98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify nobu98 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

nobu98 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, nobu98 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedure. This requirement exists to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to verify that the Player meets the eligibility criteria in Clause 2.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — a current Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid passport.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder.
• Additional Documentation: nobu98 reserves the right to request supplementary documents, including proof of address, source of funds, or a selfie with the identity document, if required by our compliance team.

nobu98 endeavours to complete standard KYC reviews within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will remain suspended until verification is confirmed. Providing false, altered, or borrowed identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.1 Deposits. nobu98 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your nobu98 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. nobu98 does not impose deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the nobu98 account. nobu98 processes withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within an average of three to five minutes. Processing times to e-wallets may vary. nobu98 targets same-day settlement for all approved withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to any withdrawal, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification must be completed (see Clause 4).
• Any active Bonus Funds must have met their applicable Wagering Requirements, or the Player must elect to forfeit uncompleted bonus balances before withdrawing.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any single-transaction limits applicable to the chosen payment method.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on nobu98 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Where a Player deposits via a multi-currency method (e.g., USDT), the amount is converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. nobu98 is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.

All bonuses, promotions, and free-bet offers made available on nobu98 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• One bonus per promotion per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per registered account, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement as specified for each promotion. Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Funds balance may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time (subject to Clause 5.3).
• Game contribution rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward completing a Wagering Requirement. Unless otherwise specified: sports betting markets contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger) contribute 10%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws contribute 50%.
• Validity periods: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any uncompleted Wagering Requirement and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry. Validity periods are measured from the date and time the bonus is credited to your account (WIB).
• Bonus abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic bonus-hunting strategies — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings derived from Bonus Funds is capped at five times (5×) the original bonus amount.

nobu98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already in the process of being legitimately wagered.

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All bets placed on nobu98 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. nobu98 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet would result in a liability exceeding the Platform's risk parameters.

7.2 Palpable Errors. nobu98 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error ("palpable error"), including pricing errors caused by technical malfunctions, data feed errors, or human input mistakes. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's wallet.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with nobu98's sport-specific rules, which generally provide for the return of stakes on cancelled events. For BRI Liga 1, EPL, and other football leagues, a match not completed within twelve hours of its scheduled kick-off time will ordinarily be treated as void.

7.4 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel results are determined by reference to the official published results of the relevant international lottery pool (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club). nobu98 has no control over draw outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a draw result, the official result published by the governing lottery body shall be definitive.

7.5 Live Casino. All live casino games on nobu98 are operated with certified equipment and professional dealing standards. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome already determined by the dealer at the time of disconnection will stand. If a disconnection occurs before an outcome is determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7.6 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the full accumulator to pay out. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to event cancellation), those legs are removed from the parlay and the remaining legs continue. A parlay reduced to a single remaining leg will be settled as a single bet.

nobu98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which Players are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 72 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that will notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications of time spent and net position during a session are available on request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nobu98 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without nobu98's prior written consent.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nobu98 staff or other Players.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or access restriction imposed by nobu98 or any other gambling platform.

All content on the nobu98 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of nobu98 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any nobu98 intellectual property beyond the limited personal, non-commercial licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any nobu98 content without prior written authorisation from nobu98.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nobu98 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on nobu98, including odds, draw results, or promotional materials.
• Service interruptions, outages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond nobu98's reasonable control, including internet service failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, nobu98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to nobu98 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nobu98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your use of the nobu98 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how nobu98 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

13.1 By nobu98. nobu98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if nobu98 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false identity information.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to nobu98.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.

Upon suspension for breach, nobu98 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, nobu98 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in its entirety.

13.2 By the Player. You may close your nobu98 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any unmet Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nobu98 holds its primary international gaming licence.

Each party irrevocably agrees that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

nobu98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, nobu98 will notify affected Players by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the nobu98 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Clause 13.2.

The version number and effective date displayed in the page header identify the current operative version of these Terms. Historical versions are available on request from our support team.
